2.1 Deal directly with patients, visitors either by telephone, electronically or face to face 2.2 Respond promptly to customer inquiries 2.3 Handle and resolve customer complaints 2.4 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle patients inquiries 2.5 Provide pricing and delivery information 2.6 Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone. 2.7 Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients. 2.8 Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2.9 Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information. 2.10 Schedule appointments between doctors and patients. 2.11 Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism 2.12 Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates. 2.13 Assist with treatment as per agreed protocols. 2.14 Complete accurate documentation of patient visits. 2.15 Assist patients in filling required paperwork and collect co-payments at each visit. 2.16 Complying with UMC OSH Policy and rules and regulations. 2.17 Ensure correctly using tools, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with agreed safe work practices. 2.18 Aware about the Reporting of OSH hazards, incidents and issues. 2.19 Ensure application of appropriate risk control measures.
