Receptionist - Vinci Hair Clinic Dubai (JLT)

Vinci Hair Clinic, a global leader in hair restoration and transplant procedures, is seeking a Receptionist to join our professional team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (DMCC), Dubai.

We are looking for a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a natural ability to make clients feel welcome. The ideal candidate will deliver the high standard of service and professionalism that Vinci Hair Clinic is known for worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion Manage calls, appointments, and client records efficiently Support clinic operations and coordinate with consultants and nursing staff Maintain front-desk organisation and assist with daily administrative tasks Uphold Vinci's service standards in every client interaction
Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and positive attitude Experience with DMCC procedures (licensing, documentation, etc.) is an advantage Salesforce experience is a strong plus Sales or clinic front-desk experience preferred Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not required Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Immediate availability preferred
Salary: From AED 7,000 per month (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
