The receptionist will organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
Duties and responsibilities include making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience is a must. A successful candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software (email, G suite, tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years Receptionist/Office Assistant Experience
Track record of identifying problems, proposing solutions to key stakeholders and logistical execution
Experience managing vendor relationships
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively
Experience in fast paced work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
