About the Role:
EBMS Business Services is seeking a professional, friendly, and dynamic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This pivotal role requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, partners, and team. You will be the face of EBMS, ensuring seamless front-desk operations and providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Professionally greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients, directing them appropriately and notifying staff of their arrival.
  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Handle mail and courier services (incoming/outgoing).
  • Office Coordination: Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are tidy and presentable. Manage meeting room bookings.
  • Multitasking & Efficiency: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing front-desk inquiries while supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
  • Team Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support office operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Language Skills: Clear and fluent English is essential, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.). A good typing speed is required.
