Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests politely.
Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and transfer calls to the concerned department.
Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, messages, and courier deliveries.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide support to management and office team when required.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Presentable personality with customer-friendly behavior.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
