We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage reception area to ensure cleanliness and order
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or relevant qualification
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
