Geoseas is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front-desk operations, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
Manage front-desk operations, including receiving mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars when needed.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
Support various departments with basic office tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
