Duties and Responsibilities:



Front Office & Reception Duties:



Greet and welcome guests with a professional and warm demeanor. Handle guest check-in/check-out processes using Ezee or a similar PMS. Respond to all guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email (reservation mailbox). Maintain reception area presentation and guest comfort. Handle complaints promptly and escalate complex cases as needed. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance teams to ensure guest service quality. Maintain daily front desk records, including: Night audit reports, WhatsApp shift logs, Room bookings, and extension logs. Process guest payments, verify transactions, and record revenue correctly.

Guest Up-selling & Retention:



Identify opportunities for room upgrades, longer stays, or cross-selling (e.g., office rentals, gym usage, event spaces). Maintain updated knowledge of pricing and promotional offers. Suggest tailored packages for corporate or long-stay guests. Work to increase per-guest revenue through personalised recommendations.

Reporting & Record-Keeping:



Submit accurate daily and weekly reports to both the Reception Manager and Sales Manager. Keep updated logs of Reservations and cancellations, Sales leads and conversions, and Follow-up status. Maintain an up-to-date United FC guest list or tenant directory as assigned. Monitor the progress of assigned projects and leads, providing weekly reports and updates to upper management.

Work Prioritisation & Reporting Structure



Sales responsibilities take priority over guest services, unless the reception is understaffed or there is an emergency requiring front desk support. For all sales-related issues, the employee reports directly to the Sales Manager. For all reception or guest services matters, the employee reports to the Reception Duty Manager.

Qualifications and Skills



Minimum Graduation or a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English, additional languages are a plus. Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel procedures. Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise.

Experience



A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Working Conditions & Compensation



Competitive salary package with additional sales commission and performance bonuses*
Full-time position with flexible working hours. May occasionally require weekend or holiday shifts based on operational needs.
