Greet customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain the showroom reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with customer check-ins for test drives, service appointments, and walk-ins.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, updating records, and managing correspondence.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to support daily operations.
Provide accurate information about showroom location, operating hours, and general services.
Support documentation processes, including scanning, filing, and preparing simple reports when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
Work Environment:
Front-desk, customer-facing role within a busy car showroom.
Requires a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
