Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, greet and welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers.
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
Handle document filing, scanning, and digital storage.
Maintain and update master files and documentation records.
Assist in invoice collection and manage related tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and communication.
Prepare and serve beverages (tea/coffee) for management when required.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
English language proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
