Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Assist visitors by providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
Assist in basic data entry, filing, and document management.
Support HR/admin in onboarding tasks (issuing badges, forms, etc.).

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
