Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk efficiently while greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and team members.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information about services and appointments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and courier packages.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments for client follow-ups and appointment updates.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for reception-related needs.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-office executive is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
