We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and organized
Receptionist
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
Administrative Support
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and other correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance registers, and other front-office records.
Assist with basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Support HR and admin teams with onboarding arrangements for new employees.
Customer Service
Handle general inquiries from clients, suppliers, and visitors with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information about the company's services or direct inquiries to the right department.
Office Coordination
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Liaise with facility management, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, or celebrations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printer, scanner, phone system).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
