Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role (preferably in a salon).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer and booking systems (experience with Phorest, Fresha).
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit.
Client Experience & Front Desk
Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude.
Manage bookings, confirmations, and any changes
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments
Promote and upsell salon services, treatments, and retail products.
Rebook clients for their next visit to maintain high retention.
Salon Operations
Coordinate daily schedules for stylists, nail technicians,
Manage walk-ins, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently.
Keep accurate records of clients, service history, and packages
Track deposits, outstanding balances
