Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Manage visitor logs and issue access badges when required. Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and services. Support the administrative team with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Maintain office supplies inventory and report replenishment needs. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:



Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Professional appearance and a positive, customer-friendly attitude. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Immediate joiner required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
