Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries effectively.
Maintain and organize patient records and front desk documents.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist (preferably in a healthcare setting).
Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Presentable and customer-oriented.
Proficient in MS Office and appointment management software.
Immediate joiners preferred.
