Advanz Tech, a leading automotive garage in Dubai, is looking for a
professional and well-organized Receptionist (Ladies Only)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least
3 years of experience
in a similar role within the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the workshop
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
Maintain daily records, invoices, and service documents
Coordinate with workshop staff for smooth workflow
Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional reception area
Requirements:
Ladies only
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a receptionist in UAE (Automobile Industry is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
Presentable and professional demeanor
