IGS For Security and Cleaning, Lifeguard Services - is seeking a professional and friendly
Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and must provide outstanding customer service, handle administrative tasks, and manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Schedule appointments and assist walk-in clients
Maintain front desk security and follow visitor check-in procedures
Manage documentation and data entry related to Candidates applications
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service
Handle email correspondence and maintain records
Provide accurate information about all the services and processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English required; other languages are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately or with short notice
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Reception area in the UAE
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
knowledge of social media advertising
will be considered a valuable asset.
Working Hours:
9 AM - 6PM
