Oversaw incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries, ensuring smooth office operations
Processed staff insurance applications, including additions, deletions, and policy updates.
Managed company transportation schedules for staff.
Facilitated internal communication between departments and teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
