Checks daily arrival list before starting the shift
Welcomes customers to the hotel
Arranges for special services requested by the customer
Allocates rooms and issues appropriate keys
Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment, guest's preferences
Handles incoming guest room reservations
Qualifications
A proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment
Problem solver
Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed
Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
* Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
