Job Description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently. Maintain visitor logs and manage access control. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.). Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared. Assist in scheduling interviews and meetings. Maintain front office cleanliness and organize reception materials. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management. Assist HR or management with routine office coordination as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred). Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

Preferred Qualities:



Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Flexibility to assist with various administrative duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
