Job Summary:



We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized

Receptionist

to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor log). Coordinate with internal staff for meeting room bookings and office support. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors. Support other departments as needed.

Requirements:



Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional attitude and appearance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service attitude. High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
