We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our company and its sister concerns. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome to all visitors, clients, and partners while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, clients, and partners with a pleasant and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, packages).
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle client documents and assist with delivery requirements.
Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) to managers, partners, clients, and investors, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Support office programs such as employee engagement activities, client onboarding etc..
Keep the office premises and pantry clean, neat, and tidy.
Provide general support to HR, Operations, and other teams.
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Well-groomed, approachable, and service-oriented.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
Fluency in English
