The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, and mail).
Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide basic information and assistance to clients, employees, and guests.
Coordinate with office staff to support administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, document preparation).
Monitor and manage office supplies related to the reception area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
