Join Bedia Pottery, Dubai's most luxurious pottery studio, where art meets elegance. We are seeking a multitasking, customer-focused Receptionist with a background in hotel management to become the welcoming face of our studio and a key support in our exclusive workshop operations.

Your Role:

As our Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Front Desk Management: Warmly greeting guests, checking bookings, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming environment Responding to client inquiries on whatsapp, phone or e-mails, offering the packages, negotiating and initiating the bookings Client Experience: Managing guest expectations with 5-star hospitality standards, addressing inquiries and special requests professionally and promptly Workshop Coordination: Assisting with the smooth operation of ceramic workshops including preparation, scheduling, and coordination with instructors and assistants Team & Studio Support: Overseeing studio cleanliness, stock organization, and internal coordination with the team Administrative Duties: Answering calls and emails, managing the booking system, recording client feedback, and ensuring accurate guest records Multitasking in Motion: Flexibly switching between front desk, studio floor, and workshop support as needed
What We're Looking For:

Degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management 2-3 years of experience in front office, guest services, or customer-facing roles Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written English Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment Passion for design, art, or creative spaces is a plus Punctual and respectful of luxury service standards Knowledge of booking systems, calendar tools, and basic office software
