Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in front desk operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
