Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with doctors and nurses.
Register new patients and update existing patient records in the system.
Verify insurance details, process approvals, and collect payments when required.
Guide patients about clinic services, procedures, and required documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times (as per DHA/clinic standards).
Manage front desk cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical/clinic setting.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software. (CRM)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
