We are seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Manage meeting room bookings, schedules, and visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Support HR/administration in scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
Provide general support to staff and management as required.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience
as a receptionist or in customer service (UAE experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,000 (based on experience).
Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
