We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive
Front Office / HR Assistant
to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing front office operations while supporting the Human Resources department in administrative and employee-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage office correspondence including emails, couriers, and deliveries
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
HR Duties:
Assist in coordinating recruitment activities
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and memos
Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role (HR experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
