-Customer Facing tasks like welcoming visitors, tenants, and vendors; securing visitors logs, and other admin tasks like photo copying, taking notes, etc.
-Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls to the concerned department / colleague.
-Assisting in planning events and volunteering activities after coordinating and receiving approval from the Group HR Manager and/or Chief Executive Officer.
-Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs by coordinating with the Property Executives and/or Property Manager.
