Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in
Arabic and English

Manage front-desk operations including appointment scheduling, visitor registration, and call transfers.
Maintain a neat and presentable reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
Support HR and management with meeting arrangements and office tasks when required.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English
.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, professional appearance with excellent customer service etiquette.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
