Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Reception Administration role based in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling client inquiries, coordinating appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal staff, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the legal and consultancy teams as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in managing reception areas and administrative tasks
Ability to handle client inquiries and coordinate appointments effectively
Proficiency in maintaining office equipment and supplies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with office software and tools
Knowledge of legal and consultancy services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
Exp: 2 to 5 years (India or UAE)
