friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist
to be the face of our office and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages
Handle general administrative tasks (emails, filing, document preparation)
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and appointments
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Support the team with day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (real estate experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
