to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area and maintain its cleanliness
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Maintain a visitor logbook and ensure security procedures are followed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
