Job Description

To serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the automotive service center. The receptionist ensures professional, courteous, and efficient handling of all customer interactions and supports administrative service operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate staff. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors and workshop. Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area and customer lounge. Update customer details and appointment status in the CRM/service system. Inform customers about estimated waiting times and vehicle service progress. Manage administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist in processing customer inquiries, complaints, or requests and escalate when needed. Communicate promotional service campaigns, offers, or additional services. Coordinate with drivers or valet service for vehicle drop-off/pick-up if applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration or customer service is a plus 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English "
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with dealership management systems (DMS)

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
