Receptionist with Real Estate expertise
Sky Smart Business Centre LLC, located in the prestigious Business Bay district of Dubai, is inviting applications for the position of Receptionist with substantial experience in the real estate industry. This role is key to maintaining a professional and welcoming front-office environment while supporting our property-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and assist clients, tenants, and guests courteously and efficiently
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk scheduling
- Support property documentation, leasing coordination, and internal communications
- Foster professional relationships with clients and service providers
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role within the real estate sector
- Excellent command of verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling platforms
- Well-groomed, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
-Must have valid work visa
