We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and performing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the organization.
Manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Perform basic clerical duties including photocopying, filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist with administrative support to other departments when required.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi is a plus.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
