Responsibilities
:
Greet clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and handle cancellations or reschedules using salon software.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing accurate information about services and promotions.
Process payments (cash, card, and vouchers) and maintain accurate records.
Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Promote salon services, products, and loyalty programs to clients.
Assist in inventory management by tracking and restocking retail items as needed.
Support the team to ensure a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a salon, spa, or similar environment in the UAE.
Proficiency with salon management software like Zenoti, Fresha, or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
