Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
Assist with basic administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and emails
Cleaning & Office Upkeep Duties:
Clean and sanitize reception area, meeting rooms, and common office areas
Dust desks, wipe surfaces, empty bins, vacuum floors daily
Refill and maintain pantry items, tissue, handwash, etc.
Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly (if required)
Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after meetings
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the office
