Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations, safety standards, and clinic protocols.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Develop staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and implement professional development plans
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is a plus.
  • Background in customer service and HR management.
  • Familiarity with animal healthcare procedures and terminology.
