We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong service awareness, an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude, and be proficient in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle scheduling, appointment bookings, and meeting room arrangements.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and managing correspondence.
Provide general support to the office and assist other departments as needed.
Demonstrate professional service awareness and an enthusiastic service attitude in all interactions.
Utilize office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently for day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and general office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and behavior.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
