Respond effectively to customer requests throughout their stay.
Carry out customer departures and ensure that they are carried out in good conditions.
Respond to various requests for information from customers, before or after their stay, by telephone or email.
Carry out routine reservation operations and information requests
Manage customer accounts, collect payments for stays and manage the daily accounting of the cash register.
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and recording of incidents, requests and complaints in collaboration with the relevant departments (technical, cleaning, entertainment, etc.) and in direct processing with the customer and/or referral to management.

Job Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach
Comfortable on the phone and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently while being a good team player
Organizational skills, punctuality and careful presentation
