Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages accurately
Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
Provide basic information about company services and assist with client queries
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient internal communication
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration is an advantage
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a client-facing role preferred
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
