Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
Manage check-in/check-out procedures using IDS
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle bookings
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth daily operations
Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office/receptionist role
Background in the hospitality industry is required
Experience with IDS software is a must
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Able to join immediately
