professional receptionist with over 3 years of experience in front desk management, customer service, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or meeting rooms Assist in preparing meeting rooms and supporting office events Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless front-office support

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and appearance
