Can speak and understand intermediate arabic is a big advantage but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the reception area
- Keep the front desk neat and organized.
Answering calls and messages
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and messages professionally.
Providing salon information
- Explain services, prices, and promotions to customers.
Booking appointments
- Schedule and manage customer bookings.
Handling payments
- Assist customers with transactions if needed.
Welcoming clients
- Greet visitors warmly, make them feel comfortable, and assist them as needed.
Cross-selling and upselling
- Recommend additional services or products to customers.
Bringing in customers
- Help attract new clients through marketing and sales efforts.
Helping with marketing
- Promote salon services through social media, flyers, or word-of-mouth.
Supporting the team
- Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive salon environment.
