As a Receptionist, you will manage the front desk operations, answer inquiries, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office or facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage front desk operations, including handling correspondence, emails, and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings (if applicable)
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Monitor and control access to the premises when necessary
Provide information and assistance to guests, clients, or employees
Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
Follow company procedures and security protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
