Job Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage the front desk and handle all incoming phone calls professionally.
Assist clients with inquiries about products and services.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings with the sales team.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Provide support to the team during showroom events and promotions.
Requirements:
Minimum high school education.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in Dubai.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
