Tasks and Responsibilities Answer calls at the switch board
Meet and greet all visitors at the reception
Receive couriers and documents at the reception and pass it to the appropriate staff
Organize courier deliveries & pick ups
Overall management of the Dubai reception
Apply for gate pass for visitors, as and when required
Assisting staffs by performing general administrative tasks, booking of meeting rooms, booking flights and hotel for business travels
Liaising with Finance department for all invoices received and courier forecasts
Manage inventories for all stationaries and other consumables
Skills and Attributes Required Qualification in admin or related field.
Excellent communication skills, written English must be a key strength
To be able to work to strict deadlines
Strong inter-personal skills required
Ability to work under pressure
Basic book keeping will be an advantage
* Substantial experience in MS Office suite
