Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our office and help support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Manage front desk tasks including receiving and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed (filing, photocopying, etc.)
Support other departments with administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer service attitude
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a trading or logistics company
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
